We work with them to execute weekly and monthly programs through building displays, plus service most of their accounts daily, helping them to stay in stock and keep fresh products through rotation.     The Fresh Tap team works in unison with the On-Premise Sales team and is responsible for providing the very best service to our accounts with draft systems, and ensuring that all of the breweries we represent have the quality of beer they intended to get into the hands of consumers. A properly maintained draft system can make the difference in fresh and flavorful beer, with a perfect balance and presentation. As training is a priority for success, our technicians are taken through a thorough beer 101 course where they learn about the brewing process, our brands and breweries, and overall beer knowledge. This is followed by a draft system training course that goes in depth on all components of a system, and what is required to achieve a perfect pour. Our goal is to maintain a high-quality standard of service by building relationships and trust with our accounts, in order to gain/maintain the preferred distributor status among our accounts.

This ensures quality standards are upheld for our consumers while maintaining a clean safe work environment for all our employees.

    Our 2nd Shift warehouse consists of a fast-paced working environment for those that have a competitive drive. Our order selecting process calls for accurately picking and filling orders from pick-row, to building quality pallets for our shift loaders to load the trucks in an efficient and safe manner for our drivers, along with keeping a clean and safe environment for all our employees.
